To maintain a First Aid at Work qualification you will need to attend the 2 day First Aid at Work (Re-qualification) course before the expiry date shown on your certificate. If you have an Emergency First Aid at Work qualification, you will need to attend the 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work course. Both of these courses provide you with a new certificate which is valid for three years.

The First Aid at Work course is a comprehensive three day course that covers everything that you will need to know to be an official first aider within your company, especially those with high risk factors or have a large amount of employees. The Emergency First Aid at Work course is a one day course which is more appropriate for lone workers such as on-site construction personnel, lorry drivers who need to know the basic emergency patient care skills (CPR and First Aid).
